Connect your first channel

Go to Settings → Integrations, choose a channel, and follow the setup it describes. The website chat widget needs no external account and is the fastest way to see a real message arrive.

Steps

1. Open Settings → Integrations.
2. Choose the channel you want. Each one lists what it needs before you start.
3. Work through the steps it shows. The fields are the ones that channel actually requires — nothing generic.
4. Press Connect.
5. Send yourself a test message using the link the screen gives you, then open your inbox.

What you should see

Your test message appears in the inbox as a conversation, with the channel named quietly under it. If it does not, the connection screen will say what was refused and why, rather than leaving you to guess.

Why the setup differs per channel

Each channel declares what it needs — a token, an app secret, a phone number id — and the screen renders exactly that. INVTION has no table of provider quirks; the channel describes itself, which is why a new channel appears with correct instructions without the setup screen changing.
